PRICING

Priced for the batch, not the seat

The unit of work is the batch — every record read by all six analyzers. Tiers set how often batches go in and who reads the findings. Prices are quoted in writing, not read off a grid.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Why no prices on the site?

Because a fair quote depends on batch volume, seats and retention terms, and a number that ignores those fits nobody. Tell us what you process in a month and we put a figure in writing.

What counts as a batch?

One upload of call transcripts or review exports, read end to end by all six analyzers and returned as one set of findings. Fifty calls or five thousand reviews — one batch, one picture.

Can we trial it?

The pilot is the trial. Bring one batch, sit with the findings, and stop there if they don't earn the next meeting.

Where does our data live?

In South Africa, in an isolated workspace, with personal identifiers redacted before analysis and retention on your terms. The detail is written down on the security page.
